Valley Music Magic

Learning to play music is a goal for people of all ages, but knowing where to begin can sometimes feel overwhelming.

 

Valley Music Magic provides private guitar, ukulele and bass lessons for youth and adults throughout the Santa Ynez Valley. Our goal is to make learning music clear, encouraging, enjoyable, and rewarding—whether a student is picking up an instrument for the first time or continuing to build their skills.

 

Founded by musician and educator Dewey Roberts, Valley Music Magic draws on years of experience teaching private music lessons and working with students throughout the community. Dewey has also collaborated with organizations including Arts Outreach and has served as Music Director at Solvang School.

 

Valley Music Magic has worked with Santa Ynez Valley Christian Academy to bring guitar instruction to middle-school students and has participated in the Children’s Creative Project, helping bring music education and creative experiences to young musicians throughout the area.

 

Today, Valley Music Magic focuses on personalized private guitar, ukulele and bass instruction, with lessons tailored to each student’s age, experience, musical interests, and individual goals.

 

For students looking for an online learning option, Valley Music Magic has also expanded through Music Of Magic, an online guitar education program offering step-by-step guitar instruction designed to make learning approachable, enjoyable, and easy to follow.
